Shipping & Delivery
Clazzio America guarantees orders received by 2:30pm Pacific Time will be processed the same day and delivered within 5 business days of the order. Business days will be counted starting on the next business day after the order is received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

We do not collect personal information about you unless you choose to provide that information to us or you choose a service on this website where gathering personal information is necessary in order to deliver the specific services. Use of those services is voluntary.

Returns & Replacements

You have 5 business days to report any damage or defects from the date you receive a product. You have 30 days starting from the date you receive a product to initiate a return. Special Order Items and non stocking Manufacturer Direct Shipments, are non-returnable to Clazzio America. The preferred method to initiate a return is to call Customer Service at 1-844-709-9706. All returns must be authorized by a Clazzio America's representative before the product is shipped back. Clazzio America representative will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that must be put on the outside of returned item’s box. If an item is sent back without an approved RMA number on the box the return may not be processed and the customer would be responsible for any shipping costs to have the item returned to them. The item must be returned in its original packaging. If an item is returned without the original packaging the customer may be assessed additional restocking fees up to 50% of the cost of the item for damages that result from improper shipping.

Any item being returned for a reason not determined to be Clazzio America’s error will be assessed a restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for return shipping. (Examples: Customer ordered the wrong item, item is no longer needed/wanted.) Items sent to the customer as a result of Clazzio America’s error will have a shipping label provided and will not be subject to a restocking fee.
Refund Policy
Items returned for refund will be processed within 3 business days of the time the item is received at our warehouse. Once a refund is processed it will usually be returned to the originating account within 2-3 business days, depending on the customer’s bank.
